Very good underarm crutches
These crutches are great. Very easy to use and stay in place under your arm better than old style crutches. Springs in legs help with shock absorption when walking. The handles are at a correct angle for walking. Excellent tips on legs make secure contact with floor and ground when walking. Very stable. If you need under arm crutches for long term use I recommend these. They cost less than carbon fiber but provide the best support I have had when walking. I wish the handles had magnets like their forearm crutches, it would make it easier to store them when not in use for example when at a restaurant or eating at home. Even so they store much more easily than the old style underarm crutches. One really nice feature is the handle can be adjusted to better fit your arm and grip. Highly recommend.

These are a godsend!
I've had the crutches for about 6 months, and they are a game changer for me. A little about me, I was a corrections officer 16 years ago when I completely dislocated my left knee and caused (so far) irreversible nerve damage in my leg so I have had a foot drop ever since. I was walking for years without assistance but with a slight limp so I didn't trip over my toe. I am a big guy, 6'6" and 430lbs. Within the last few years I started to develop arthritis in my right hip. I started walking with a cane, but that only threw my equilibrium off the other way, so that I developed arthritis in the left knee, the same knee I injured all those years ago. It got so bad I could barely walk last year with just the cane. I found these on Amazon and read all of the reviews, both positive and negative. I decided to give them a try, and boy am I ever glad I did!As a big, tall guy with arthritis, just having these help support me works wonders to relieve the stress on my joints and they have allowed me to walk longer distances and stand for much longer than I have been able to in a very long time. I am a little different where I don't need them to help me recover from a surgery, I need these for every day use as a quality of life item. These are very sturdy crutches, and so well designed they feel amazing without the pains of the standard crutches, which I vividly remember 16 years ago when I had my leg in the immobilizer for those first 10 months after the injury and going through rehab. The springs in the bottom work as fantastic shock absorbers as another layer of comfort on my joints.I just had my first problem with one of the crutches, and the team at Millennial was fantastic to work with and very fast with their response. I am very pleased with the product and the company itself. If you are reading this and debating whether to purchase a pair, I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

Strong, sturdy & comfortable. Hand grips are a miss. Spring assist is a winner.
Been using the standard issue crutches for months. A second leg surgery is pending and I was looking for more sturdy crutches, better under arm support and more grip to surfaces. These crutches fit the bill. My only gripe is with the handles. They are hand specific and not comfortable. I’d rather an ambidextrous handle. One crunching up stairs, with a rail, means you turn the crutch around and there is no way to grip properly. Crutches are too bulky to double crutch like standard issue crutches. But the spring assist on stairs, up and down is brilliant.

Updated: amazing service save
Updated: I called customer service and explained the issue. No proof or return hassle needed, they immediately shipped a new pair. The person on the phone even grabbed a pair of crutches so I could walk them through my issue and asked me to text pics of the old one to send to the engineering department. I think I had a random novel defect in the knobs they hadn’t seen which frustrated me, but they took it very seriously and acted immediately. They genuinely get that selling crutches means likely dealing with customers in some degree of distress and were beyond gracious even if I was not initially. They also had all my info from Amazon so the process was smooth. This is a US based company with real people extremely familiar with product answering the phone. Their product is an amazing upgrade over traditional crutches, and you can be sure they stand behind it. Will update review when get the new pair but buy the brand with confidence.Prior review, will update with new product:Currently non weight bearing on one knee and my traditional crutches were beginning to cause wrist pain. These could be a good alternative for a more ergonomic positioning. Indeed, the springs take some getting used to but do relieve some pressure. I would say they are good for stairs especially in that regard. I can’t evaluate a straight line per below…The big issue here is that the handles are not adjustable. There is a knob to turn that I’ve tried wrenches, rubber grips, etc on and nothing can loosen them. I’ve just scratched them up and hurt my sore wrists more trying to adjust them. Customer service is not available whether I call.Bottom line, if the placement included is a natural fit they might be a good alternative but for me I keep them by my stairs but otherwise pretty much a waste of money because the angle leaves my elbow at 90 degrees.
