These are amazing!!!! I bought them to deal with the summertime "chub rub" problem, and they are absolutely perfect. The fabric feels super silky and soft, so they're a dream to wear. They absolutely, 100% prevent any kind of chafing on the legs without being confining. I was really worried about the legs riding up because that's what's happened to me with every other similar kind of product I've tried. Wondrously, the legs stay put all day long even after lots and lots of walking. What's even more miraculous is that the legs stay put without being at all tight or cutting into the skin and creating a sausage link type of effect. The dark teal color (sorry, forgot what it's called on Amazon) that I got is really pretty. I guess I must have short femurs (I'm average height at around 5'4") because the regular/mid-thigh length reaches all the way down to the top of my knees. I ordered the regular/mid-thigh length out of fear that the short length would ride up, but now that I know that this product miraculously doesn't ride up, I sorta wish I had ordered the sorter length. The long length isn't much of a problem as none of my shirts/dresses are super duper short and I can hike up the legs without causing too many visible scrunches. I love that this product smoothes over my legs without being constraining like "shape wear". The waist opening isn't confining at all and doesn't cut into my belly in any way. Super comfy to wear all day. My only complaint is that they aren't terribly breathable (though the silky softness of the material makes up for that), they're a bit long (can be solved by ordering the short length), and the waist opening has a tendency to bunch and roll down a bit for me. None of these issues are anything that would prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending this product. They're worth the money.

I bought this to wear under Jean shorts with holes in them. It's great! Allows me to feel comfortable so my skin doesn't show thru the holes. Looks cute seeing the black. Very comfy and true to size for me. I'm 62 female & the jeans with holes are still what I wear so these skimmies help that and do the trick!

I ordered these to replace a similar style I purchased a fews years ago. The waist band is not as wide and thigh band that made them invisible under pants is gone, but it feels like the hem that exists is not so tight that it will cause a crease line to appear under the pant leg. Fingers crossed, as the old style does not seem to exist.

THIS IS NOT SHAPEWEAR. The reason I bought these is so my thighs don't rub together and chafe when I wear skirts or dresses, especially when it's hot and humid. I wear these over my usual panties and it does help smooth the panty lines, but it doesn't suck in fat, or smooth lumpy areas, or do anything to make you look smaller than your actual size. That's not the design of these. I like that the material is a slippery spandex-type fabric which doesn't make my clothes static cling to my legs. Other brands that I have tried, sticks to the skirt and cause it to ride up embarrassingly while I walk! I have washed them on gentle in my washing machine many times over the past 3 years and the seams are definitely a little tired now, but they held up MUCH better and longer than I expected! The legs don't creep up when walking and the top doesn't really roll down when I sit, unless I have it pulled up too high to begin with. I would definitely recommend if you want something lightweight to keep your thighs cool and comfortable!

I'm 5'1 fluctuate 133-138pds and I like to switch back and forth from small and medium depending on what I'm wearing or doing. But I like this brand and length because they are comfortable and not too warm. Washes well and retains it's shape but best to wash with soft fabrics on gentle and air dry. I have used the dryer but I think it's better for the material to lay it out to air dry.

This is a very lightweight, comfortable (non-binding, non-constricting) slip that's like shorts - just as the name implies. If someone is looking for a slip short that fits a bit tighter for tummy and hip control, this is NOT it. For something lightweight to provide coverage and stop the uncomfortable thigh-rub, this is it! I ordered both light color and black in size small and found both to run more like a medium. The might be a little long for above the knee skirts, but worth a try. They're loose enough to adjust higher. Honestly, these types of things are great - just what's needed under a skirt. A positive is so far mine haven't ridden up and needed much readjusting - probably because the fabric is very lightweight. The heavier control-top type undershorts tend to be the ones that ride up after awhile (I've found). Overall, a very good product. Why the three stars? I felt the sizing was difficult (runs a bit large) and even though it's nice to have something lightweight, they're almost too light and provide no tummy/hip control at all. That can be a plus, or a minus, depending on what someone wants. The three stars is because the description could emphasis this a bit more, because they are little pricey.

These were great - fit properly and very comfortable. Just had a hip replacement and wearing this style of under garment stopped the rubbing, from regular underwear rubbing on my incision. Highly recommend these for comfort.

I own many of these as i need to wear them under my workout shorts so there is no dragon peeking back. They're durable and comfortable. I have tried from other brands but jockey is the best. Thank's to the seller or Amazon as i got a whole pack of them and then ordered this one accidentally. When i tried returning it was sent as a gift :)
