Helps with the hunger pangs, holds me over when I don't have time to eat a decent meal. This maple bar has amazing flavor and is delicious, I like that it's only 200 something calories, and high in fiber. For an on the go bite that isn't annoyingly hard or tasteless, there aren't much better alternatives .

I really like how it has high protein content. The quality of the snack is really good. It actually tastes like a birthday cake. In my opinion you can carry it really easily. I’ll take it when I go to work. The fiber is also decent and I’m really satisfied I’d buy it again, but I’ve been Jeet so I don’t he he he

I love the taste of these and the fact that I get 20 grams of protein in a bar. The seller did an awesome job of protecting my order from the 95 ° heat today by packaging it with recyclable insulation and two large ice packs.

A bit sweeter than I would prefer, but still good flavor and texture.

This is my 3rd shipment of the One bars.My 1st delivery they were so good, nice and fresh.My second delivery they were almost too hard to bite into. I called customer service and they were wonderful. They told me they would send me another shipment which I received a couple of days ago. When they arrived in the box they put ice packs in there. When I opened the box there was nothing frozen to protect the product. I had one this morning and they weren’t as stale as the others but still didn’t taste fresh. I am really disappointed with this. The packaging should be a lot better than what it is so they come to my door fresh.

These are not candy bars.. different more like a cookie. Pleasant to eat,, taking them to increase protein for surgery

These are among the few protein bars that use almonds instead of peanuts to which I am allergic. They made a good snack that doesn’t affect my blood glucose in the morning. The cost difference bet weather few you can get locally and the 12 pack makes them less costly.

I’ve ordered these protein bars many times especially from this vendor. They are my favorite and the taste is great. However, this last box I received the flavor is way off. It has more of a vanilla flavor as opposed to a maple. I’m hoping this is a one off (and the recipe hasn’t changed) and my next box will be the taste I like. I would highly recommend these one bars as they are high in protein and taste great.
