Pretty and functional
My jewelry organizer looks so good and stays organized with these bangle pouches. I can see what's in each one without opening them. The golden trims make the closet look great. They're just about the right size. A couple of mm bigger would've been even better, but no complaints. Easy zippers. Can hold a bunch of bracelets.

Defective product poor customer service
If I could give a negative star review I would. The bangles fall off the rods provided as they are too short. Requested a refund and when I eventually received a reply they said the date for returning had expired abs I had to pay the return cost. Upon looking at my orders on my account it says that refunds are available until 16th June which means the window for returns is still open. I replied explaining that I had bought them to present the Bangles to my future daughter In law at the engagement ceremony and didn't expect a problem hence only looked at them when we were packing. Unfortunately to date I haven't received a reply and they have just ignored the message /problem . Not only are their products defective the customer service is atrocious too

Plastic split
Terrible material. The plastic was all split and not usable. Unfortunately I was out of the time to request a refund.

Quality should be improved
Product is very useful to keep bangles organised. Few things that I observed are 1. cushion provided inside is not properly stitched. Stitch may come out after few days. 2. Plastic material used to make pouch is delicate. It may get teared easily. Please try to improve the quality. Usability: 4 star Quality : 2.5 star
