This lipstick is true to its color on your lips. It is a cream lipstick. I like lipstick to show it’s full rich color on your lips. Often this requirement is hard to meet in a lipstick. I also, like the quality very much.

I am not a lipstick person, but I LOVE this lipstick. I bought Plum. I am almost 30 female. I have been doing mostly neutral lip glosses for most my adult life. I am half Asian and have tried to stay away from darker lipsticks because my mouth is fuller and rosebud shaped. I usually accent my eyes with liner and mascara with a neutral gloss, but wanted to try changing my look a little bit with a darker lipstick.This lipstick is moisturizing and stays put. The plum on my lips does look very much like the color of the Asian girl in the photo. Every lipstick looks different on a Person because of our different natural lip colors. I highly recommend you try the plum, I think it would compliment every woman. If you wanted it glossier you can apply a gloss on top. For lip color with gloss, go with a more expensive Chanel lipgloss brand. It is the only department store makeup item I splurge on. It will last you a very long time, too.If you want to experiment with a lipstick that is very inexpensive but looks expensive on, try the plum. I was going to go with a more neutral shade, but I already have neutral shake glosses. If you want something different and special in your makeup bag, try it. I am sure the neutral shade lipsticks in this brand are excellent, too though for everyday use. I wasn't sure how it would be buying lipstick on amazon. I usually buy vitamins and face cream (vanicream and cetaphil face wash, they are the BEST), and maybe some random gifts etc. I wanted to write a review to help someone else who is also picky in what they buy, in case you're on the fence about buying this lipstick. I give 5 stars for an excellent product and speedy delivery.Hope this review helps you:)

I've been looking for this lipstick everywhere except Amazon, so I was really excited when I found them and bought 2. Unfortunately, when I tried it, it was covered with some tiny "dots" of who knows what and smelled like an expired product. I cleaned all around the outside to take the "dots" out and tried the lipstick anyway. It is a beautiful color and quality, when it is NOT expired. I should return them but I did not, since I didn't keep any packaging and opened.

I first purchased Crimson and Plum and found both extremely wearable, versatile (depending on the amount applied for a gloss type or deeply pigmented finish) and long wearing. I added Hazelnut, Rosy Nude, Lilac, Raspberry and recently Coral for a spring/summer look, (I always find a coral perfect during these seasons). I like that there is no taste or noticeable fragrance. The cases are sleek snap closed well and the colored tops make it easy for me to choose the one I want. I love the Hazelnut as I have a cool skin tone and usually any brown tones make my skin look muddy but this color is so pretty with my skin and white hair. And I normally really shy away from any frosted lipsticks as I think they age but the Hazelnut and the Lilac are frosted and look really great. I almost forgot my favorite, Mauve, which is most like my lip color so it's the one I grab on any day that's casual and understated. The crimson is a great cool red, and the plum is a better evening look now but I'll wear it again come Fall. That these are discontinued and so low priced prompted me to by two of a number of my favorite colors. I think anyone could find shades that would work for them and at these prices Lipstick lovers should snap them up!

The color on this lipstick is fantastic. I wear it straight if it's evening, and in the office, I glide it over lip balm to create a more subdued, conservative color. It's also great for mixing with other colors, especially if you want to up the berry factor of your current lipstick.In terms of texture, it's just okay. I have pretty dry lips, so I have to make sure my lips are well moisturized before I apply this lipstick, or else it highlights the dry patches. If you have lips that have pronounced lines, I'd recommend wearing lip primer first. I prefer lipsticks that have ingredients that smooth the look of my lips (Avon's Beyond Color Plumping Lip Color is a great one for that).That said, just like most of the lipsticks that aren't meant to moisturize, there's a bit more staying power of this lipstick than its moisturizing counterparts.For the color, I give it a five. For the texture, I give it a three.

I bought the mauve - it matches the pic exactly. I like Revlon products - this feels good when applied - smooth and creamy never heavy.There is solid saturation of color with a nice lasting power. Some lipsticks seem to bleed around my mouth no matter what, this Revlon had no bleeding, even without a lip liner, which I appreciate.I noticed another reviewer was disappointed that hers was sparkly - it's difficult to notice the shimmer in some of the colors in these pics - but as far as the color, dead on for mine.Beauty Seller ships from NJ - I'm on the west coast, so shipping was fine. Free shipping and a less expensive price than any of the local stores and more colors to choose from as well - I'll be back. My invoice included a note about how to contact the seller if there were any problems with the order, etc., I appreciate a vendor that shows their appreciation of my business.Happy to recommend both the product and the vendor.

I love the color and creaminess!

J'ai bien aimé ce rouge à lèvres, qui est crémeux, s'applique facilement, a une jolie couleur et est confortable. il a quand même un défaut: la tenue n'est pas optimale, ça fait 3/4 heures, pas plus, et sans boire ni manger. Je trouve aussi qu'il marque un peu les zones de sécheresses. Mais je l'apprécie bien !

c'est mon nude à moi, seul avec un crayon à levres ou un gloss je l'adore! etant noir de peau il est excellent

Ma commande a été passé il y a maintenant presque 6 semaines et toujours pas de rouge à lèvre...Déçue par le service après-vente (on ne m'a même pas répondu)
