I ran into some trouble, when I moved my iPod speaker system to the kitchen. I have two outlets in that corner, for a clock and purifier. Seeing I don't want my iPod covered in cooking whatever and need that purifier going, I needed something that gave me another outlet. The purifier, that plug has to go downward! The iPod system, that covers two outlets! Which leaves the clock, only using one. This gives me two left, an one of them. You'll usually see a cord, running up to my cell. So yea, not only did this solve my problem. I now get to listen to my music, while cooking. As for how strong and well built it is, long as it does its job and doesn't burn down my place, I'M HAPPY!8.5cm, aka 3.25" square / Six outlet, three by three / only difference, mines not like the picture shown(Picture - The black adapter, iPod speaker. The black cord, clock radio. The white heavy duty cord, air purifier. Leaves enough room, to plug in my cell phone quick charger or whatever)

no issues, fits nicely into outlet and is not loose nor loose after large appliance plugs are put into it.. plugs go into this one tightly as well.i was worried about having our upright freezer, hot & cold water cooler and our 1200W large microwave all plugged into this plug extender would result in circuit breaker tripping but, it has not so am quite happy with this choice.

works great in bathroom, fits snugly over GFCI outlet but does not interfere with the outliet ability to shut off. I accidently tested this as I was plugging our 4 toothbrushes. Good customer service follow up. I wish it came in white but it comes exactly as advertised sort of industrial beige

I am disappointed in this product. First off, there is an annoying sticker that is permanent on the top edge for everyone to see. I wanted to use this in my bathroom to add outlets next to my sink. I do not want to look at a crooked sticker everyday when I am shaving. That sticker could have been put on the bottom (like in the Amazon picture) or back of this device and served the same purpose. Second, the color is not typical ivory as I expected. It is more of a taupe beige color. I will not be able to use it as I intended. It is too cheap to return so I guess I will throw it in a drawer until I have a purpose where I do not have to look at it.

Would cost $6 to return even with PRIME. Does not fit avail space, so I am stuck with it.

It wouldn't stay in my wall. The adapter kept falling out. I tried to push the metal pins that go into the outlet closer together and it stopped falling out but it still didn't connect properly. I'm sure if i had someway of jamming it into the wall and holding it in with tape or a book or something it'd stay but its not worth my effort.

Love it! Exactly what I was looking for, for my bathroom outlet. It's very strong & holds a heavy salt lamp night light I purchased as well as the plugs for my electronic toothbrushes & a radio! The cheap outlets I had before would trip the electric & cause the lights to go out, but not with this outlet. I would definitely recommend this product.

You never have enough outlets. We have a horrible number of things that need a plug. They all do not require much power but you need to always have them connected. I have a half dozen of these throughout the house. This particular brand works well so I gave it high marks.
