Being attached makes it less likely that one would misplace it. The remote and the unit's power cord come out of the crease between the seat and the back unit; the power cord can be detached but the remote remains attached at all times. **Q: Is this the best Electric Massagers brand? The quality of how?** A: I think the design is good and feels great on the back and neck. The quality is suspect. I have a popping sound in the middle of the travel however. I have decided to see if I can get it repaired or replaced. I really do enjoy the product. **Q: Is there a part number for the power cord?** A: I am sure there must be a part number but I don't know it. Best would be to call their number or go into their website. They were very prompt to reply me by email. **Q: Isn't this supposed to massage the shoulders as well?** A: Yes the rollers start on lower back up to shoulders. There is another button you select for the neck and back of head. This system also heats. I love it! ## Frequently Bought Together - COMFIER Massager Chair with Heat, Shiatsu Neck Back Massager Portable with Compress & Rolling,Massage Chair Pad for Full Back, Neck & Shoulders,Full Body Pain, Gray - 12V Car Adapter for All Comfier Neck Back Massage Cushion Cigarette Lighter Car Charger Adapter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/384846140-shiatsu-neck-and-back-massager-with-heat-adjustable-neck-nodes](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/384846140-shiatsu-neck-and-back-massager-with-heat-adjustable-neck-nodes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
