How do you screw this together? There is a hole in the sliding piece but Not the actually box. I don't want to break it.

If I recall right there was a predrilled hole in the sliding piece. The predrilled hole did not line up with the box that held the ashes. So I took a small drill bit and drilled new holes on the corners where the box and the sliding piece fit together and put in 2 small screws. This is a real cheap product. If you are not careful the cheap wood will Crack. Good luck.

When I put the picture between the two glass frames you can’t even see the picture. It is cloudy. Has anybody had this problem?

Mine didn't come with glass. It's just a place to insert a photo
