It's big enough to house a good sized cart bag and provides enough padding to protect your longer clubs such as the drivers and fairway woods. The bag is also large enough to stock a fully loaded bag and your shoes. The case does not come with locking latches but rather a very durable zipper. I prefer this because latches are easily broken. I also recommend this bag if you are going to check it at the airport. Most airlines will not let you insure your clubs unless you have a hard shell case like this one. Samsonite quality Update: 7 years later and a ton of golfing trips later, this bag is still going strong.. it’s scuffed a bit ,but still looks good, wheels all work and nothing is broken.
