Defective & Unauthorised.
The product has come off the holder/stick, so itโs basically useless now. Looks like it wasnโt stored properly. Also, the info on the back doesnโt seem India-specific, there is no MRP, license number or contact for โcomplaints or queriesโ, which makes it seem like itโs been brought into India unofficially. Doesnโt feel authentic or trustworthy.
