Wonderful Herb for Female Health
I use Lady’s Mantle as an Herbal Tea. Put teaspoon of Herbs in cup add Boiling Water (NOT Microwaved) and let steep for 20 minutes. Then I add 1 dropper full of Shepherd's Purse Tincture to it. These 2 Herbs help with Menstrual issues/excess….. NEVER Microwave water for ANYTHING, as it Destroys the “Living Frequencies of Water” and will not heal you!

Powerful and truly works
Talk about powerful. This herbal tea is powerful in reducing and most of the time eliminates PMS or cramping on the day off. You have to drink it throughout the day of and on the day of your period. You take this with yarrow.
