From the Manufacturer desertcart Basics Review: Really nice and a really nice price. - I needed a monitor with audio but didn't want to spend a lot and I've used desertcart Basics before for other things, so I thought this was a great deal. At first, I thought, I needed a 32" but the one that I am replacing is 27" so it was a no brainer. I LOVE IT! It has all kinds of settings and has 3 different video inputs and 3 USB inputs, one is the printer type, meant to be a hub. Also an audio in and out which I really like. The hardest part of setting up is the damned box, what is with all the tabs they put on them now!!?? I just tore it open. I had to read the manual only a couple of times as it is set just the way I like it. Most of the hardware assembly is no big deal, you can tell what goes where. Another nice feature is a regular plug, not a power block. You can easily plug into a power strip without taking up 3 outlets. The speaker/s are okay, but not vibrant enough for me. But I have an Altec Lansing speaker which I am using for the sound. Picture is great and it has many options for change if I want. It even has a gaming mode which I don't need but thought I should mention. Review: Great value and fine product - Great value! The picture quality is excellent, and the size is perfect. While there are fancier options, this one is just right. It was easy to set up, but I won't use the built-in speakers. I have a good set, and bypassing them was easy. The instructions were clear, it was super simple, no tools required and it works very well. Nice and large, good quality picture (we hook it to an older laptop) and makes it so much easier to see the screen.
