These are very high quality. The bigger ball with all the contours on it is rock hard, very very little give, whereas the other smaller single and the double differ in that they're both more lenient - though still proper stiff. This ain't no racket ball or tennis ball. The little single can really get into the back, shoulders, and neck area. The bigger single brings the muscle when it's needed, and feels great to toss around - they both do. I'm still working on discovering the expertise of the double.

Intolerable pain? I can identify the sore spots in my low back. Lying on a tennis ball helps. These Peanut massage balls are very helpul to place under your back while in a prone position. Moving the back over these different sized balls allows me to rid myself of point tenderness in my back. Approved by my physical therapist. Much relief.

This product is amazing for trigger points, myofascial release, and various physical therapy techniques I use on my patients. Would highly recommend as the various sizes are great to use on various regions of the body!
