The hard case is design pretty good. The gels don't last that long in warmer weather. Not sure if the temperature indicator is accurate or not. Overall, one of the best options for its price range on Amazon.

Perfect for travel with insulin
I bought this to use during travel including fights and layovers. On my way home I needed it to keep insulin cold for 12 hours. The ice packets were soft by the time I got to my destination but the thermometer built in said it was at 50 degrees. Not fridge temps but not too bad temporarily. Still safe for the insulin. I transported one insulin pen and 3 vials of insulin. It’s not made for that amount (like the pockets aren’t set up for that) but it fit fine. The case is hard sided which is nice as well.

No dura lo esperado
Compré este estuche por lo bien que habla la publicidad, me dejé llevar por los buenos comentarios y calificaciones pero realmente no veo que dura lo que ofrece en tiempo de frío. Máximo 6 horas en ambiente regular de 30 grados aprox, se empieza a hacer agua y gotear. Además es muy pesado para mi gusto.
