I was skeptical at first, I've tried many different men's multivitamins. But I wanted something with organic mushrooms and ashwagandha. This one is perfect. It's got the mix of Lion's Mane and Cordyceps that I already take, plus the vitamins I expect from a typical multivitamin. The taste is ok, but its not a concerning factor when it comes to vitamins. I found that the energy is good, though I'll still supplement with lion's mane and cordyceps in the mornings just jump start my day a bit. I stopped taking Adderall for my ADD because of the jitteriness, and switched to these. It's the mental clarity with the stimulant feeling which is a huge plus for me. I'm on my fifth order of these, and I've been taking them on and off for a couple years now (mainly because they are a bit pricey for daily use, albeit worth every penny) and I always notice a difference when I stop taking them.

I really love this Vitamin C! I usually open the capsules and sprinkle the powder into yogurt or over fruit—it blends in easily and adds a subtle, pleasant taste. Sometimes I dissolve it in water, and it fully dissolves in seconds, which is impressive.I used to buy GMO Vitamins’ ultra-fine powder, but it oddly took forever to dissolve and would chalk in water. Plus, I was disappointed that their jars were only a quarter full, even though they used to be filled to the top.This brand, on the other hand, seems to offer a finer, higher-quality powder. I also appreciate that it includes berry antioxidants for added health benefits. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and will continue to reorder it.

This is my second bottle in a row, I really trust in this brand as my nice has been buying products for a while, as the manufacturer says I hope i will feel the benefit with the continuity.

I buy these for my husband. Real raw ingredients without all the extra additives. He can definitely tell a difference in energy level. Health is wealth invest in yourself. Will continue to buy we are on our 4th bottle.

I swear by these. I take them daily and can definitely feel a difference compared with the standard multi vitamin (without herbs) that pure synergy offers. These give me clear energy and I can feel a systemic boost when I take them. I love knowing that my basics are covered with proper levels of iodine, selenium, chromium, etc. Highly recommended as a baseline and for overall well being.
