Good quality and ingredients. Taste ok. Little pricey for everyday use.

I really love this Vitamin C! I usually open the capsules and sprinkle the powder into yogurt or over fruit—it blends in easily and adds a subtle, pleasant taste. Sometimes I dissolve it in water, and it fully dissolves in seconds, which is impressive. I used to buy GMO Vitamins’ ultra-fine powder, but it oddly took forever to dissolve and would chalk in water. Plus, I was disappointed that their jars were only a quarter full, even though they used to be filled to the top. This brand, on the other hand, seems to offer a finer, higher-quality powder. I also appreciate that it includes berry antioxidants for added health benefits. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and will continue to reorder it.

This is my second bottle in a row, I really trust in this brand as my nice has been buying products for a while, as the manufacturer says I hope i will feel the benefit with the continuity.

I swear by these. I take them daily and can definitely feel a difference compared with the standard multi vitamin (without herbs) that pure synergy offers. These give me clear energy and I can feel a systemic boost when I take them. I love knowing that my basics are covered with proper levels of iodine, selenium, chromium, etc. Highly recommended as a baseline and for overall well being.
