These are made with the old Havanna recipe... When Havanna sold their businesses, they only sold their name, not the recipe. So I enjoy these alfajores a lot... comfort food!

Be sure to always read the reviews. I was so disappointed with customsbags as a seller I had to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. Very disappointing. These were like trying to split a rock. They are supposed to be creamy. How do I know? because I use to eat these day and night. How do I know these are stale? because I had an addiction when I was younger and I know what texture they should be. They don’t even have a smell. I’m doing this review for YOU whoever is reading this. I’m tired of being sucker punched and when something is wrong I make sure to pay it forward so you don’t have to go thru the same thing. I already reached out to the seller. Did I get an answer you may ask? You already know. The answer is no. The treat is great not like this though.

I read the reviews and I thought maybe I could have luck on my purchase but it was expired and hard as a rock and was uneatable!! DON’T BUY THIS ! BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER

The alfajores were not fresh at all. They arrived with a smash in the packaging. I have tried these alfajores in Argentina and they are amazing.

Not worth the price. Hard, not good taste.

Part of the box was not sealed when i opened the package. The tape was obviously cut and the box was open. Though the cookies were not expired they were stale and some were broken/squished. I would not repurchase.
