I bought all four sizes the edge beveller it comes with a 2mm METAL ROD and a 800 grid sandpaper for sharpening. I have not used it till now so I don’t know how the edges will hold up after some use. Watch the video 🤭

The item is described as 4 edge bevelled yet only 3 arrived and to confuse matters the package states 2 as shown in the photo. There was rust on all three as shown in the photo. I didn't bother trying them for sharpness so won't comment on that. Very disappointed though and sent them back for a refund.

4本セットを購入。 コスパ的にも文句は有りません。 永く使うのであれば1本4千円程度の黒檀ハンドルはやはり良いが、 付属されているステンレスの棒とヤスリは、恐らく研ぎ直し用だと思われます。 番手の番号が見づらいので自分でハンドルエンドにポンチで番号打って使ってます。

They came sharp, are numbered and have worked well just starting out.
