Bought this second pair for my son who has some foot problems and walks/runs a lot. He absolutely loves these. He takes size 13, sizing is perfect. Very comfortable, supportive soles with generous fitting. Very smart finish with breathable materials that keep feet cool. He is hard on footwear but these are up to the job.

I bought these as I have very wide feet and struggle to get good quality trainers. They have just had what could be considered a serious work out assessment, 10 days of wearing them at Universal Studios in Florida , so a minimum of 10 hrs a day rising to 14hrs on some days. and in excess of 20,000 steps each day. I have had no pain of cramped feet that usually occurs in less wide trainers, this was amazing to experience . I didn't have any ache in my feet given the really good arch support , and effective lacing keeping them secure on my foot (its important to realise there are many different ways to lace a show that gives different benefits of fit on a foot , do the research). The only slight comment, they are very large in foot print area and somewhat heavy , I found myself at times on stairs going down catching the rear sole, and the weight in comparison to other trainers I considered , significantly heavier (but as mentioned no effect on feet or leg muscle ache) . They score a 93% rather than 100% only on the weight factor and only because its out of a score of 5 * in each section above , so don't read too much in to this . The real satisfaction proof of any product is, "would you buy again ?" , and the answer in my case is , TOTALLY YES .. without any reservation, if they can deliver, pain free feet on 10 days of Universal Studios and in excess of 20,000 steps a day, every day , they are doing something right , I will be now buying a second pair on this positive outcome.

Sizes were exactly as specified. The wide fitting was perfect. They are comfortable and supportive. No complaints at all.

Absolutely love these trainers. brought in the hope they would help with a painful foot. For me they haven't cured it But I can now go on a 2 hour dog walk and not be in pain for the next day. It now is more of a gentle nag. So I will definitely be getting another pair. They look pretty good as well For me it was money well spent.

I've had two pairs of these now. Not sure whether I'll order a third. The first pair were good. Nice size, colour and comfortability. They lasted about a year. I work in a job where I am on my feet most of the day. In the past, I have suffered with plantar fasciitis, but no trouble with these so I reordered. The second pair have lasted about 8 months and the heels have fallen apart. They're not particularly cheap. They really should be lasting longer for the money paid, even with moderate use.

Absolutely brilliant footwear and i would buy again The advantage the shoe has is the plenty of toe space which prevents getting blisters and it was well worth the money especially if you have a flat foot

FitVille Mens Extra Wide Fit Trainers Running / walking shoes Size 9. Mainly very positive. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitus periodically. I am a standard size 9 but usually have to buy size 9.5 in trainers to get the right width. These Fitville trainers are genuinely wider fit not just in the toe are but the whole trainer, so a size 9 fits perfectly. The shock absorbtion is very high particularly in the heel area, and arch support seems ok but not as pronounced as say my ASIC trainers. Broadly a very comfortable trainer . I haven't tried them in the gym so far, preferring my regular Asic trainers, so just used for general walking around. I will give them a few gym sessions to see how they cope with some rougher treatment. At the price £53.00 they represent good value for money. I have deducted 1 star because of the design of the back of the heel. This is quite high and well cushioned so comfortable, however, it does tend to impede getting my feet into the trainer in the first place. Even with laces loosened most of the way down my foot still catches the heel and as it is very soft it pushes down into the trainer. If this keeps happening in a short time the heel will become very warn and soft and the heel support will be degraded. if the heel was slightly stiffer to make putting the trainers on easier I would have given them 5 stars.

These shoes are great. I pretty much wore a pair out, after wearing them for a couple of years, out so it was time to replace them. I ordered the same size as before (8.5 EW) and but when the new ones arrived, they were significantly smaller than the ones I currently have (same size). I took a pic with the shoes side by side and it was very easy to see the difference in size. I returned them (Amazon makes it incredibly easy) and ordered another pair, but larger (9.5 EW). These fit well. Apparently, these 9.5s had been returned by someone else because the bottom of the shoes were dirty, indicating that they had been worn outside. The rest of the shoes had no indication of wear and I'm not going to sweat it. The 2 previous pairs I ordered years ago from Fitville had no problems. My bottom line: Small issues aside, the comfort of these shoes, especially with the wide box, makes these Fitvilles an incredible shoe, especially for the price.

Finally , a sneaker that fits like its suppose to . Plenty of room in the toe box . Now to do a long walk and see how the support and comfort goes. Just did some walking , amazingly comfortable !!!
