How wide is the top opening?

Hi customer, the width of our coffee carafes' top opening is about 1.97 inches(5 cm). You can clean it easily with a brush.

Is the stainless spot free?

I bought the white carafe so can't answer about the stainless. I can't imagine it would be any more spot free than other stainless products.

I don’t know it’s not marked on the product anywhere, and I have thrown out the literature sometime ago. As I can say it works fine as intended no issues.

Is the plastic on the top BPA free?
