Ended up ordering a size 8 which fit perfectly on my 8.5 foot. Sizing is an individual fit, I say try your size 1st and gauge from there whether you need to go up or down in size. They fit great! They just arrived so I haven't skated with them yet and I'm a novice so I don't whether to have them sharpened or not. I'm going to ask the seller. Once I skate on them I'll adjust my rating.
