Love love love this, works great, even with cheap paper towels, easy to use, very sturdy, looks fancy and well built, I have it on my counter in my kitchen due to living in apartment so mounting wasn’t available for me. Haven’t had it long and isn’t dirty, but will fix this if I have to clean it, love the color

I really like this product. It works great but make sure you’re using bounty or some other thin towels because I tried using viva towels there and it gets stuck the rollers get stuck and the towel gets stuck in there so it only works with thinner type of towels.Rose

This is my second Innovia paper towel dispenser. I have the old model installed in my kitchen and it’s great! Battery life on the old version isn’t too bad Using 6 large D batteries the life of the under counter dispenser is about 4-6 months depending on usage. But this table top version has a much shorter battery life. I bought this and installed batteries in it on New Year’s Eve and today on February 19th, the batteries died. This is a life of about 2.5 months. Considering the cost and the number of batteries required, you will probably spend upwards of 20 dollars in batteries to power this unit for a year. Since it’s on a table, the AC adapter option isn’t feasible. It looks good though and it is very convenient. But one other issue with it is that there is no center spindle for the paper towel roll to hook into. Because of this, the paper towel roll can have major issues. If you allow this unit to retract the excess paper towels, there is a high likelihood that the paper towel will become bunched up and the unit will begin beeping in error as the motor gets locked up. This then requires you to open the unit and fix the roll. This happens pretty frequently and I think one reason is because when the unit is standing on its end the paper towel begins to dispense at an angle. This causes the unit to bunch the paper towels and causes an error again. A center spindle to ensure that the paper towel roll stays vertical would probably fix this problem and would make this unit less prone to errors Plus it would be helpful to include a small diagram on the inside of the compartment that opens to show the proper orientation of the roll. Sometimes I put a new roll in backwards and this causes the unit to have issues dispensing paper towels immediately But it’s a cool gadget and I’m definitely into gadgets lol. But hopefully on version 3, these issues get resolved!

I am so happy with my new touchless paper towel dispenser! It was so easy to program how many towels come out. I love that it retracts the extra towel back in. I have it sitting on my kitchen counter and it is so handy to just wave my hand and get a paper towel.
