REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix Variety (7 Stick Packs)

We received this in a day! I currently use Body Health Perfect Aminos (watermelon), which I love. When I saw REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration via an Instagram post by drjamesdinic, I was curious about it. Then I saw that it contained Magnesium Glycinate, which my heath practitioner recommended I take. Some of the electrolytes that I've tried before contained magnesium which upsets my stomach. This product did not upset my stomach and it tastes great. I was worried, based on other reviews, that it might be too salty, but that was not the case. I will be buying more but won't know which flavor till I try them all. My husband liked mango and I had watermelon lime.

I enjoyed this sampler. I live in the south and it has been HOT. This was super handy while horseback riding on days I didn’t eat much. Got me through without passing out

Good hydration and flavor. I mix one packet with about 20 oz water when exercising and sweating, this works very well to keep me adequately hydrated and it tastes good.

Honestly, many of the flavors taste pretty good. I was surprised I even liked mixed berry quite a bit. The only real downside is this does not dissolve easily at all. I even tried using a milk frother because stirring wasn’t working. There are just some granules that won’t dissolve, so I just down them all at the end! Also, because they all likely use the same base salt mixture, this is true for all flavors.Overall it’s well worth trying the sampler to see what you like. A lot of sampler packs have a ton of dud flavors but this one impressed me.A lot of salts of the key three most people need. Lots of sodium so it’s a good mix for POTS. Delicious! I tried 5 brands at once to find my favorite and this is it! Watermelon lime is my favorite and I love their limited edition Cran-Apple!

Oh my goodness, this product is SOOOO salty. Like I can’t even stomach it. I like other brands of clean electrolytes and wanted to try this but, this is a definite NO.

These were far too salty for my tastes. Of course saltiness is expected in electrolytes but these seemed extreme to me compared to other non-sugar options.

I use a water filter that removes fluoride chlorine and all minerals from tap water, very pure water. these packets allow me minerals to return to my body when I add your product to my filtered water to replenish my electro lights. so far my renewed strength is with me. thanks for this electrolyte enhancer!
