Will they work with missing teeth

They do not stay in if u have missing teeth !!

Can you put them back in anytime without changing the wax or is it wear once then replace the wax after removal?

You only have to make the mold once....when it becomes loose or worn out u can take the old silicone out and make a new one anytime

Do you have to wear your grillz with a the mold in it

Hello dear The molding bar can help you stabilize the Grillz on your teeth. It is soft and sticky when heated, but firm when cooled. So you have to wear your Grillz with a mold in it.

Does it come with 2 silicone bars inside

Hello dear, The grills made of cubic zirconia stones are come with 2 set of silicone bars inside. But the Smooth surface grills are come with only 1 set of silicone bars inside. Thank you for your question.
