How do you feel about the LockPickingLawyer cutting right through this “ultra-slash-resistant” bag with a basic pocketknife?

In response to "won't be quick and easy", it took him about a second to cut through it with a pocket knife just about anyone would carry. Not a folding box cutter (which would have been quicker), but a standard folding pocket knife.

My dog chewed right thru it. Now what?

Throw it away, it belongs in the garbage even without the dog chewing through it.

What does "ultra slash resistant" mean? lead guitarist of guns&roses wont touch it? can't be cut open with a plastic butter knife?

It would be friggin tough to cut it open, but with enough time and the right gear you could do it. It will resist all but a Pro....

Are there different sizes of this product? Is this one Flexsafe Plus?

This one is the smaller regular sized FlexSafe. There is a larger version but it is a different item called the FlexSafe+. This one really is a great size to travel with and is the newest version with upgraded lock. Its great.
