Functional and Stylish Shower Panel Tower System
This shower panel is absolutely stunning and elevates the entire bathroom experience. There are five different spray options including rainfall, waterfall, and body jets. It makes every shower feel luxurious. Water pressure is excellent, and the unit is easy to clean and maintain. The water pressure can easily be adjusted to your liking. The built-in glass shelf is a thoughtful touch for storing body wash and essentials. It’s sturdy, stylish, and built to last, an impressive upgrade that delivers on both form and function.

Nice shower system
I bought this to replace an older shower system that had started leaking and it's been a great replacement. The installation wasn't too bad. The instructions are not very clear, but the process was pretty simple and there was enough information there to make it through without any issues. In general, I would say that if you are comfortable screwing things together (maybe using a pair of pliers to tighten things) and comfortable mounting a largeish picture on the wall then you probably have the skills to install this shower system (if you have the plumbing set up already, running the water lines is a whole different story). What took the longest for me was drilling the holes for the mounts. If you're drilling through tile, definitely make sure you buy bits specific for tile, and depending on the type and thickness of tile you have buy multiple bits. The ones I got from THD got dull pretty fast. Also, go slow with the drill and just be patient. If you go fast, it'll chip. Lookup a tutorial on Youtube if you've not drilled tile before. As far as the shower itself, I like how every knob is independent. That lets you turn on multiple water streams simultaneously. You can also turn them on to varying degrees. We have very high water pressure, so turning one stream on all the way is almost too much. You can very easily adjust to get just the pressure you want. There's also a nice soap tray, which not all of the shower systems seem to have. Things I didn't like. There's no top for the shower. The part of it that sticks out from the wall is open on the top. This is just a minor thing, but it seemed a little cheap to me to not include that. Also, the shower wand is all plastic so it feels kind of cheap. Don't overtighten this when you're assembling. I didn't crack mine, but it seems like it would be easy to do. One other thing to note is that there's not a lot of free room on the back of the panel. You have to be very careful to make sure your water lines fit in the position where you want to hang the panel. I had water lines installed from a previous shower system, so mine were already in place, and I ended up having to mount the shower panel a bit higher than I had wanted due to this. All things considered, it's a nice shower system. I like it. I do think the price was a bit high for what you get though. I also bought a Rovogo system for another bathroom, which I like better and it was $90 less than this one.

Great shower panel
I like being able to run all features at once. I enjoy the individual options too. I use waterfall to rinse shampoo. The body jets and rainfall to relax. The body jets to wash face. I have a waterfall sink faucet. So I like the waterfall feature for the bottom spout. Handheld for hard to reach areas. And cleaning the shower lol. I ran out of hot water. I took 1 star off because I got it in brushed nickel finish. And nothing gets the fingerprints off it from installation. I ve even asked some stainless steel cleaners and metal does it work on brushed nickel to purchase. The answer is always no. So idk how 2 get it clean. Wish I'd chose the chrome finish.

Install tips & tricks
I have actually purchased and installed this product. Ok, the good part is that the panel is simply stunning and was the only panel of this overall design that allow all nozzles to function at once. Plus, it is well built with an outstanding mirror finish. Now, the bad parts. First, this faucet is not compatible with any available rough-in valve for a typical shower. It expects plain pipes coming straight out of the wall. The only solution is to find a way to connect it directly to the water piping. Second and related to the first issue, the faucet connects with a fitting only used in non-US countries for faucets. It is IPS thread and it took a ton of frustration to find a way to connect it. I settled upon the PHASAT A13622 IPS to NPT adapter. Literally, the only part available for US installers. Finally and also related to the first issue, the faucet is going to be a nightmare should you decide to change to a traditional shower setup. No rough-in valve installed = cut open the wall to install a valve plus cut an outlet for a shower head. In my case, I pre-installed the shower head rough-in and set the water pipes and opening at the correct size and height for a rough-in valve as it is all concealed behind the panel with careful mounting height consideration. So, I only need to open a small portion of the backside wall for a rough-in valve should I decide to delete the panel. I highly advise this approach for future proofness.

Product good. Vantory CS not so much.
STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED BY THE MFR FOR THE MISSING PART. HECK, WHATS SEVERAL MONTHS OF WAIT IN THE GRAND SCHEME? DON'T WANT TO RUSH INTO, AT LEAST, REASONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The shower panel is nice. Even better if you received all the parts. Missing the connector for the handheld sprayer. Many emails and outreach efforts not answered. Even asked Vantory directly on the Amazon Q&A section. Nada. Hello? Vantory? Can you send me the part I need? Hello? Anyone there? Hello? The missing part? Hello?

**UPDATED** I Don’t Want To Get Out Of The Shower!
**UPDATE SINCE PURCHASE. The piece that holds the hand wand is made of plastic and broke. When unscrewing the piece from the unit, it twisted the tubing behind the unit so only top part of shower now works. Will have to remove unit from wall and scrape all silicone to get behind, contractor says it’s difficult task. Attempts to reach Vantory have been unsuccessful, number disco’d. Is the company out of business? Not happy. WHY WOULD THEY USE CHEAP PLASTIC ON CONNECTING PARTS?** Purchased this for the remodel of our master bath and it looks and performs wonderfully! After much research, decided on this unit and we are very happy we did. Love that it has a cover on top, independent controls that can be on individually or all at once if desired. We had our contractor install but he had no complaints. Seems like it uses a lot of water (I’m sure they all do) but at least you can turn the knobs down (or off) if shaving or lathering. It has turned my bathroom into a spa!

Best. Purchase. Ever.
Bought this after multiple searches to find a tower that looked sleek and worked well but didn't break the bank. Replaced my 8 year old one that was starting to show its age. Let me tell you... I'm so happy with this one. Easy installation with basic plumbing knowledge. The shower head pressure is great. The body jets are not super powerful but I wasn't looking to be pressure washed by them. Hand shower is perfect and holder is integrated. Overall amazing buy for the price. All functions can be used simultaneously as well... not all of them do that!

Elegant and useful
After several months of looking at shower heads, body sprayers, we decided on this one. The unit was very well packaged for protection. Nothing was bent or broken. Our contractors looked at it and figured out how to install easily. Once installed we used it the next day and loved it. The water pressure was great and could use the waterfall, rainfall and body sprayers at same time. After using it we discovered that the rainfall and body sprayers were sufficient for us. The handheld had great water pressure as well and is used a lot by my handicapped spouse. We totally love this and everyone that has seen it loves the look.
