I've been taking this consistently for a while now and honestly have been very impressed with the difference it's made. The biggest thing I noticed was a significant improvement in my overall energy throughout the day. It's not some stimulant-type feeling, but more like my body just feels like it's functioning better overall.The most surprising change though was that I completely stopped getting canker sores after about a month of taking this regularly. I used to get them fairly often and didn't even originally buy this product for that reason, so that was a very unexpected benefit for me personally. Obviously everyone's body is different and I can't guarantee that'll happen for others, but it was a very noticeable change in my case.The taste is definitely a little funny/mineral-like, but honestly I don't care because the results have been worth it for me. After the first few times it became easy to get used to anyway.I also like that this isn't just another basic synthetic vitamin supplement. The plant-derived mineral aspect and broad mineral profile were a big part of why I decided to try it in the first place. Ok I have had a lot of earthy awful tasting things in my life as an avid park goer & health food store patron over the last 2 decades.This takes the gold for worst taste i’ve ever had hands down.That being said, my depression has lifted & my skin is glowing after 5 days.I put some on my plants & they grew more in 5 days than they did in 3 weeks prior.Bottom line if your serious about your health, get this, just have something else ready to rid the taste after a shot of it.

Have used this product for years. It contains 77+ minerals. Minerals turn enzymes on and enzymes help run the body. If a person could only afford to start with one nutritional product, it should be minerals.
