Still slides and might have to strap mattress down

I ordered a queen size and it is not true to size as in it doesn't cover the whole area of the queen size bed foundation. Also it just doesn't work well. I only purchased because a couple of reviewers said they used the pad on a metal frame and it worked for them. Wasn't the case for me. There is no grip to this GRIP pad, the mattress still moves and I have to find something else
