Love the lozenge option!
We love Seeking Health and Dr. Ben in this house! I have a hard time swallowing pills and tend to get nauseous from them so this lozenge is perfect for me and ensures that I actually use it. Great taste! AND added bonus - my kids take it with NO complaints!

The Closest thing to a Miracle in Pill form I have Found!
I have suffered from constant fatigue, joint pain and a number of other disorders and chronic illnesses for years. I have been tested for hypothyroidism, gluten intolerance, and anything else doctors could think of, but no one could find a reason for my symptoms. I finally got an answer when a gene methylation analysis showed I was homozygous for the MTHFR C677T mutation, as well as for COMT V158M and COMT H62H mutations. Doing research, I found that suddenly my symptoms made sense, and had a cause I could pinpoint! The MTHFR C677T mutation alone means that I cannot break down folic acid into folate, nor can I break down folate effectively into 5-MTHF, the bio-available form of folate. My methylation cycle has been crippled by this genetic mutation to a large degree. Various other issues (antacid use and gastrointestinal troubles) have led to me being deficient in B12 as well. I stopped taking my folic-acid containing multivitamins, stopped eating folic acid fortified foods, and bought these B12 lozenges with L-5-MTHF. You know how when you first take a new supplement you wonder after a few days or weeks if it's really working? That was NOT the case with this sublingual supplement! I swear, the very first dose I took saw me with more energy than I have had in years. I'm fully off my multi now (and have an appointment with a specialist to figure out the exact dosages I need to take of what types of supplements to help with this genetic mutation) but I feel better on this one supplement alone than I have since I was in my early twenties. My chronic achilles tendinosis? Well, not completely gone, but I'm finally having pain-free days. My shoulder and hip joint pain has decreased. My heat intolerance has all but disappeared. I actually stood up and mingled, socially, at an outdoor work event in 96 degree heat for 5 hours without feeling faint or sick! Best yet, I'm sleeping only 8 hours a night now and I don't need to take naps in the middle of the day. I started out on one tablet and am working my way up to 2-3 tablets a day sublingually. I will take one as soon as I wake up, and in 10 minutes I feel too alert to stay in bed any longer. Then I'll take another one a couple of hours later, and finally a last one right as I start to get the "post-lunch coma" around 2pm. I've already ordered another bottle. I don't know yet what my full supplement regimen will be to best manage the expressions of these various gene mutations, but I feel like I'm already 75% of the way there with this product! I feel 15 years younger.

Great for nerves and mental health, especially postpartum
Last October I started experiencing a buzzing feeling and tingling in my groin area, feet, and sometimes in my hands. I was tested and was told after a spinal and brain MRI that I had a bulging disc and my neurologist told me that the bulging disc was causing the majority of my symptoms. I knew that the leg/groin buzzing could have possibly been sciatica from the bulging disc, but I didn't trust wholly that that was the root of the problem since I knew my upper extremities were involved as well. I was tested for b12 and folate deficiency but was told my levels were fine. After doing the physical therapy for the bulging disc, I still hadn't experienced any relief, and in fact, felt worse. I also felt like my anxiety was making me crazy and I started to feel almost on edge since I was living daily with this strange sensation. I read more and more about deficiency and I felt like I had nothing to lose by supplementing since nothing else had helped at all. After taking this product, I felt like a light bulb had been switched on, like my circuits were all finally firing. I didn't realize how deeply depressed I was during this time as well. I still continue to take this product, though not as regularly as I should (I forget -- I'm a mom of three small kids, one of whom has a brain tumor). My buzzing hasn't completely gone away, but it is much improved. My mental health has improved as well, which was an unexpected, but wonderful side effect. I've been pregnant or breastfeeding for most of the past seven years and I think I had just gotten deficient enough that it finally caught up with me. I also thought I'd mention, I bought the Member's Mark methylB12 before purchasing this and it tasted terrible once I tried this. This product has a mild cherry flavor that doesn't leave a nasty, fake aftertaste. It also takes it a while to dissolve which I think is beneficial, especially to people who might not be absorbing things as readily as they should due to digestive issues. I'm glad to have found this product and I will continue to buy in the future.

Helps Me
I'm on my second bottle, and no complaints. Obviously there's no way to scientifically verify my experience, but I believe this supplement is helping me. I bought it based on research on the most easily absorbed forms of B12 and Folate, and this seemed to offer both of those for a better deal than I could find elsewhere. I have not been tested for the MTHF gene, but my sister has tested positive for it. I have had symptoms of B12 deficiency for some time, including anxiety and a stubborn predisposition to canker sores. Anxiety is more complex for me, but my tendency to develop canker sores has changed since taking this supplement (which it *had not* when I was on a high-dosage regular B-12). In recent years, basically any wound to my lip or cheek would become a sore, and I had variously effective methods to try to keep them at bay. It was a constant battle, however, and nothing seemed to get to the root of the actual problem. What I've noticed since taking this supplement (it's been about 4-5 months) is that I have not had to fight off canker sores every time I bite my lip or cheek. That's significant. In fact, I don't remember the last time I had to use one of my remedies to treat a developing sore. They seem to heal much better. My anxiety is better recently, but I believe that's due to more general lifestyle changes -- to which I would expect this supplement might be contributing in some way. But I can't tell you for sure how, or how much. Taste wise: I don't usually care for cherry, but this one is relatively inoffensive. It's nice that it's dissolvable since I hate swallowing pills. I recommend this product if you have the MTHF gene, or if you appear to have a B12 absorption problem. It seems to be good quality and effective, and it uses specific forms of active B12 that have been tested to be among the more efficiently absorbed. There are other active forms, but my research led me to settle on this one. Good luck and I hope this was helpful!

Sublingual. Great taste!
My senior relative loves these subliminal tablets. She loves the taste and WANTS to take them each day. She has many vitamins/minerals she should be taking but this is the only one she voluntarily takes each day.
