Can you exchange this for correct length?
In the photos on your Amazon website the headphone had a SHORT Cord made for swimming. The cord on the one I received is too long. Can you exchange this for correct length?

Lasted a month
After 30 days of use, while sitting at a desk, not swimming, the right earbud abruptly stopped producing any sound. I tested by plugging them into other devices, with the same results. They were comfortable, and the cord was a short length, which was ideal for my setup, the sound quality was fine, just sad that they didn't last very long.

Okay, these suck. Period
As the title would indicate I was not pleased with these. I wanted a short reach cable for my Sena 50s on my motorcycle helmet but the sound quality was so poor they were unusable. Noise cancellation—nope. Comfortable—nope. Run away
