Very useful during summer.
Well, it does not cool your back but yes, it cools your neck and face, bit noisy I suppose and vibratty.

Cheap plastic
Delivered a different color, a green one instead of white. Also the quality of plastic ( body) is very poor. But fan is working

Disappointed!!!!
Hi. Wanted to tell you that I ordered these 2 shoulder fans and the first order came without the charger of its fan and the second fan was of white color though I ordered dark green. I applied for return and exchange of both products but it has no return policy. Pathetic service. Would never recommend to buy this

very noisy, no air on the neck.
I don't like it, very noisy, no air coming from the neck part and the air is less than i expected. i don't advice this product. if your in menopause purchase a good one.

Not original civpower. It's a cheap knock off brand trying to pass as the original.

Great fan, classy styling
The most important aspect of this fan is of course its performance. I like the airflow even on the lowest speed. On blazing hot summer days this fan is very effective when I turn up the speed. I also like the color (mine is yellow) and the copper-colored accent rings on the fan housings. The accent rings make the fan look upscale.

One happy mother
Bought this for my mother that was always complaining durring summers that she is always sweating in the neck and face area. She enjoys it very much, it does cool her neck and face. Noise-wise it is silent enough for her to take it to the theater/opera house (old architecture no AC) and be able to both hear and not disturb others arround her

Tried and tested-success!
Tried and tested in South China for 6 weeks, and it was excellent. Always dependable, and generated a comfortable breeze. I would definitely recommend this.
