Love these - (and so do our 7 year old and 10 year old daughters) Great, vibrant colors for their hair, and easy to wash out, love that they are made here in the USA - highly recommend !

These are beautifully brilliant, and very fun, they're even prettier than they looked online. The instructions say to lightly wet my hair first, before applying the chalk; but I got the best results by ALSO dipping the chalk into some warm water before putting it on my hair. But I have jet-black hair, so that might not be necessary on blonde hair.

The chalk application was easy and had clear instructions. We applied it to damp hair and avoided brushing while also using the blow dryer to seal the color like the box suggests. The color had completely come out of my son’s hair within the hour. What an absolute waste of money.

Wanted a nontoxic hair color for toddler. Color does not show at all for dark brown hair. You really have to put elbow grease into it. Even if it does show it’s very faint or in the sun. Can’t recommend unless you’re blonde

This is such a great set of hair chalk. My kids had so much fun mixing and matching colors. The colors go on so easily show up great on dark hair! It was so easy to use, they were able to manage their different "styles" and "themes" themselves. The best part for me is that it washes off cleanly and easily - everyone wins!

I've never used hair chalk before, so my first application was a little messy. You really do need to wet the hair well, so that the chalk "rubs" off onto the hair. Most of the colors were very vivid, except two that were very subtle. My 7 year old was thrilled and can't wait to show her friends at school. Picked this brand because it seemed safe for children. It did come off on my hairs while I was applying, but washed off easily with soap and water.

It works and we love it!!

Unfortunately, the colors didn't work out for my son's reddish brown hair. We tried it on dry hair and there was no way we'd see color. So we tried red and blue on wet hair and it showed a little more but not like we wanted. (Picture shows the blue on his hair after we tried it wet.) The colors of the chalk are beautiful and I appreciate that they're more nontoxic than the spray but it'll have to work on light colored hair.

I bought for my daughter. It is not easy to use it. Must put water on hair and kept rubbing the chalk on the hair. The colour also not so nice. Not recommended.

Bought these for my young daughter and she loved them. The colors aren't overly vibrant but perfect if you just want subtle color.
