LorAnn is my go-to-brand when it comes to flavoring, a little will go a long way with their products. This Hazelnut emulsion gives you that yummy hazelnut flavoring. When you open the bottle/add it on your batter, it does smell sooo strong and does not smell "natural" but don't be discouraged as it will change when you start baking. The finished products smells and taste like hazelnut without that strong smell from the bottle. This came in a plastic bottle, I prefer if it is on a glass bottle though just like their other products.

I wanted to recreate the hazelnut coffee that you'd find in most cafès and I can say, this product did not disappoint whatsoever! A tiny drop goes a long way and the flavor and scent it gives is absolutely wonderful! It is an emulsion rather than an extract, so it's slightly viscous. I find using a dropper to be the best way to add it without a mess, but it's not really necessary.

I ordered the hazelnut and it tastes nothing like hazelnut. It’s 100% almond. My kids thought it was marzipan ice cream not hazelnut after mixing it with chocolate ice cream. The quality of the product is good but it’s definitely not hazelnut

The maple one is very artificial tasting wouldn’t recommend

I love Lorann Oils and the Bakery Emulsions are the best. Lots of flavor. I usually use this in making Creamers for coffee. Next going to try with Ice Cream and Frostings. I don't believe I will be disappointed.

Fabulous product and flavor

I use this product for flavouring coffee, it has no added sugar so you can intensify the flavour to your liking without adding sweeteners. Very little is needed to make a delicious specialty coffee. I also use the orange flavour which is equally as good. I will definitely be buying both again and trying other flavours.
