I purchased three Brickhouse Security gps trackers off of Amazon. After installing them in the vehicles, I had a few issues that I needed help with. I reached out to Kelvin Gatdula a few different times and he took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to fix each issue. Great Customer Service

It was very good.
The support and accuracy of the accounting department is very good at what they do for billing and tech support of merchandise. They treated me with respect and made changes to my billing in a fast manner to get things rolling right.

GPS dependency
Overall services are good although the unit gets lost at least once time of day while driving on major expressways or major, thorough Ways…. It may be poor carrier services, but the software does not seem to reconnect without exiting the application and re-trying, and even then it may, or may not connect for several hours. That said when the unit is working, it does exactly as expected.Also, the application map is not the best quality, they could take a lesson from Google and have multiple views to the same geographic area i.e. Street only, a more topical viewpoint, and a high-level satellite. Difficult to trace the street names with the only viewpoint offered.

The perfect GPS tracker
Worked better than advertised! Easy installation, great signal quality, excellent battery life. Outstanding customer service, Kelvin did a great job. Couldn’t ask for a better product.
