What is the original seal on the jar like from the new zealand co manufacturer? How can I tell the bottle hasn't been tampered with by a seller?

This Amazon seller is the original company that manufacturers the honey. That's why I bought from this seller. Also to ensure it is genuine and not one of the knock offs.

What is the difference between 10+ and 50+ honey?

There are two different parameters for Manuka Honey: MGO gives the amount of Methylglyoxal in the honey, so MGO 100+ says at least 100mg of Methylglyoxal per kg honey. UMF is the Unique Manuka Factor, sounds a bit weird and makes things a bit more complicated but the goal is to have a certified honey you can trust a bit more. For example, UMF 10+ equals MGO 250+. As UMF rating starts with 5+ (equal to MGO 83+) and ends with 22+ (equal to MGO 1000+) a honey given a value 50+ is definitely not rated per UMF but per MGO and has thus less Methylglyoxal than a UMF 10+.
