The product’s motherboard had to be changed twice. Once within warranty & once outside warranty. Then the service guys push us for annual maintenance which is above the filter replacement cost coming to 6k. The indicators were showing faulty sign even after servicing and the service guys stopped picking up the call once the job was closed. But the COMPANY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE COMPLAINT ON THESE SERVICE GUYS but redirects the job request again to the same people & also demands us to pay 400. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND.Seller sent a defective product initially whose filtering never started unless you switched off and switched on the device's power socket.The installation guy made extra unnecessary drills and spoiled the kitchen tiles. He also gave unnecessary reasons for the motor to not start (things like it starts once all the water is emptied from the tank?!!!!).Installation guy also tried to sell another sediment filter even before starting the installation. These guys are a joke.
