Livpure is an amazing water purifier, it consumes less power and wastage of water is very less when compared with other products.Am happy with the taste of water. Also happy with their timely response and services.

I have been using this since 3 yrs now. Service is worst. If we complain today, they respond after 3 months. Thinking they would give better service I paid 2 yrs AMC which ends soon. We've fixed an LG RO in addition to this machine. Their service is quick and prompt.About the product: It doesn't work on my home inverter because it has got a heater in it.The tank is not SS.If not for the free calls in India, my phone bill (for the service requests to Livpure) would have easily exceeded the cost of this machine.Note: bought this product after seeing sachin. You are spoiling his image.

Edit: After spending 2 years with the product, the after sales service has been the worst I have experienced. The product’s motherboard had to be changed twice. Once within warranty & once outside warranty. Then the service guys push us for annual maintenance which is above the filter replacement cost coming to 6k. The indicators were showing faulty sign even after servicing and the service guys stopped picking up the call once the job was closed. But the COMPANY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE COMPLAINT ON THESE SERVICE GUYS but redirects the job request again to the same people & also demands us to pay 400. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND.Seller sent a defective product initially whose filtering never started unless you switched off and switched on the device's power socket.The installation guy made extra unnecessary drills and spoiled the kitchen tiles. He also gave unnecessary reasons for the motor to not start (things like it starts once all the water is emptied from the tank?!!!!).Installation guy also tried to sell another sediment filter even before starting the installation. These guys are a joke. Even though the product is decent, these guys spoil the brand image.Please make sure to check the TDS levels before & after, the filtering capacity/hr, the taste of filtered water, the icons which light up once the device is on since some could signal the issues as soon as the machine is ON (make sure to check them with the use of manual and don't trust on explanations provided by installation guys).

I installed it on dec-2021. Test is good and till date it maintained same. Till date no service required. Only TDS check regularly and it found under limit. No any additional pre filter required on this product. When it requires service it automatically indicate alarm. (Usage: we are two members, inlet water TDS is around 1100. And outlet TDS 129 tds).

Good purifier. Buy if your budget permits. GOOD PERFORMANCE SO FAR. Very low water wastage, warm water, hot water is just about 70 deg. Installation person was very good, a premium water purifier as expected.

Please don't buy this. I'm fed up with the service. It has been 6months since I purchased this and got stopped working and service person told that pcb board got damaged and need to replace it.even after 15days also there is no response from service person and even from customer care. The worst customer support I have seen ever. Live pure is cheating customers and looting our money.I beg you to please don't by this third rated company products. Selling fake products and looting customers money.

The media could not be loaded. Pros - highly recommend this water purifier.Recommended to my dad and brother too. Everybody are satisfied with this. water tastes good. Initially I bought different brand but I was dissatisfied due to the taste of water then I purchased this after looking onto many reviews now iam very very very happy.Cons - I contacted customer care number thro toll free no provided but the person spoke very rudely. and then a person named khushpoo contacted me for getting feedback then I explained her everything, she immediately soughted out my problem. Now iam overall satisfied.

Installation team is Super quick , well packed . Got the installation on same day of delivery .Tastes great !! TDS before filteration : 481 . After filteration : 100 to 110 which is the optimum recommended values .Storage would have been little more so that it could have served the bigger family as well . Overall Satisfied !!
