How long does this keep once opened?

Great question! There is no shelf life on the powder, so it will stay perfect when used for a later time. We recommend storing in a cool/dry place to avoid clumping, and away from direct sunlight to avoid fading. :-)

Is it water soluable? Can it make the water in the tub pink?

The primary ingredient of the powder is corn starch which is not water soluble. The powder will not completely dissolve but the water will change color and it is safe to come in contact with your skin.

Does the shipping box disclose color?

There will be a small Amazon barcode and will say Blue on the end of it. Other that that, there will be no color indication on the box itself.

Does this dye stain clothing?

We were trying to dye our white T-shirts. I soaked them first in vinegar but missed the step of heating them before washing and so when they were washed 95% of the color came out of our white 50-50 T-shirts. There may have been just a hint of green. If you had colored shirts, you would hardly notice any color at all after washing.
