The Sliding Bench did was 2" short from the rubber stops. I added 7" for a little slack but not too much. Most replacement cables are 98"-102" and a bit long. After receiving the 95" custom length I installed it and it is the perfect length. A little slack but not too much. It is also one of the higher rated in weight allowed. I am very happy with the Purchase. Included the review so others could avoid my extra purchase.
