It’s my second bottle. I don’t use it everyday just when I feel my body is exceptionally overstimulated too close to bed time. It helps calm down and get pretty good night sleep. It doesn’t give me nightmares or makes waking up difficult. I would say it’s a magical product that knocks you out but it definitely assists.

I rarely remember to leave reviews but this is needed. This vitamin is everything. It helps relax my mind and body 30 minutes after taking it. I fall asleep so much easier when I take it. It helps you get the sleep you need and not wake up groggy. It has helped with my cortisol levels as well, and lowering them. I recommend this to everyone irl!

This is my second time ordering the New Chapter Magnesium + Ashwagandha supplement, and I’m happy with it. I used to experience muscle tightness after long drives, but since I started taking this magnesium, I don’t feel that tightness anymore when I get out of the car, even after a 45-minute drive.It also helps me sleep better and feel more relaxed at night, especially after a long day at work. I notice that it helps calm my mind so I can stop thinking about work.One thing to note is that the tablets are a bit large and not very easy to swallow. I usually cut them in half and drink plenty of water, which makes them much easier to take. Overall, this supplement has been helpful for muscle relaxation and better sleep.

So good I need to order more just waiting till my next few pay checks catch me up. I love my ashwaganda and magnesium, maybe it’s placebo but it relaxes and is just good for you.

Wow really helps me sleep well and wake up well rested.I feel like you get used to it after a while and it’s not as effective but once you take a short break and start again, it’s still very effective.Recommend it!

It’s good and works like a charm at night just note that the pills are quite huge and not like soft gel which makes easy to swallow but these are rough

If you are consuming this for better sleep, this definitely works but it takes a few days. Take this regularly and you'll notice better sleep and falling asleep quite quickly once you hit the bed.I would recommend this for sure to anyone suffering with sleep problems.
