Great price and product
With ANY supplements you must do your homework to see if it's not only known good but also good for YOU. I suffer from Peripheral Obstructive Arterial Disease. Nattokinase is an enzyme present in fermented food. This enzyme dissolves the fibrin present in artherosclerotic plaques. I have noticed a significant improvement in the blood flow in my legs. I will buy this FOR LIFE.

Definitely doesn't taste like natto!
It is hard to speak to the products efficacy but I can speak to the experience taking it. I've had no weird side effects, it has no taste (which if you've ever had natto could be good or bad) and they are easy to swallow! As with everything do your research before putting any supplements in your body.

Nose bleed
Um Iโm assuming this stuff works, but I have to be careful with it. After trying it for a couple of days, I got a nosebleed, which is very rare for me, and it took a long time to stop. Longer than normal. I took it as evidence of efficacy but alsoโฆ it was off putting. So yeah I donโt use this supplement very frequently. But itโs nice to know I have it if my cholesterol truly gets out of hand.
