What is the is weight limit?

It could probably fit 200-300lb

My wife is a home health nurse. She wants a bag that she can take into her patients home, but is waterproof "and" will keep out bugs (i.e roaches)?

The bag itself is not waterproof, as for keeping out bugs. As long as it is well kept and stored in a clean place than yes as most bugs can eat through most fabric if it kept in a place long enough. I.e. a storage unit or basement im sure bugs will find a way in. I keep my in my vehicle and take it on hikes and haven't had any issue with bugs getting in... hope that help.

Will it be too big/ heavy for a 155cm tall? I am a district nurse.

Straps are adjustable but I would recommend going to a camping store or any place that sells backpack and look for a similar style to test out if it will be comfortable for you.
