Will this work well with small feet?

I have wear size 7 1/2 shoes and it works great for me, my husband wears 11 1/2 and it also works great for him.

Would a size 14 foot fit?

Yes, if you cut four inches off each foot! I am an 11 and had problems getting my feet out. Also broke down within two months. They said they would replace, that was four months ago and nothing! Good luck
