The knife set is very, very sharp. They're made of a high quality tempered steel. Comfortable to hold while using. Cuts through foods with ease. A very good buy.

It is dishwasher safe, but we recommend washing and drying by hand for a longer service life.

How do i use the sharpener?

Just set the knife in the sharpener slot and slid it back and forth the full length of the knife, making sure you get the tip as you're doing this.

What is the quality of this knife set?

The quality is quite good, I really like his knife holder, so I feel a little advanced, highly recommended.
