It's become part of my routine every morning and it's helped me keep my energy and weight up! 10/10, I can't speak for the other flavors but the banana nut bread is quite good!

Love this product, good quality fats, carbs and protein. Mixes great with water or milk. The taste is great, no clumps no digestive issues with it. Use this during my 18hr shifts or when I need to get my calories in.
