This perfume is initially slaps you in the face with a very sweet smell and then wears down a bit but you are able to smell it on yourself throughout the day.Perhaps I have a different concept of what light, clean and fresh smell like. When I think of these words, I think of bergamot or citrus with a sweet hint. This is very sweet with a hint of a powdery scent. I wanted to get a second opinion and made my mother smell the perfume. She said it smelled like throat medicine. Again, if you like very sweet scents, this is for you!
