What size(s) of knee-walker "seat" does this fit? My "seat" is 7.5 x 15 x 2.75 inches; I don't want the cover to be so lose that it slips around.

My pad is only 13 inches and the ad says it will fit up to 15 inches , I think your cutting it close, it might be too tight !
