This grit worked great for my first ever Columbia river rock polishing experiment. I didn't have enough stage 1 grit from the "starter" pack I originally purchased. I added another 3 TBSP to my tumbler and the rocks look great at stage 1

The grits work exactly as expected for each stage of tumbling. Important notes:- Get the one that has the ceramic filler - not the plastics. The ceramic will last way longer and be better on your rocks.- Also - watch some YouTube videos on how to tumble rocks and switch between stages.
