Very good item. It's a really helpful product for my kitchen. A good size double wall steel casserole to keep chapati, pulao or khichdi. Good for keeping food hot for you to finish eating lunch or dinner. Easy to clean.

Handle locking rivet broken within 8 months
Handle rivet got broken within 8 months. I am unable to use the hot pack anymore. Didn't expect this quality. Warranty is only for six months. Replacement handle charges and courier charges are to be borne by me. Never buying another Warmeo product.

Does Ok job. Was expecting it to keep things warm for 5-6 hrs. This is more like 2-3 hours

Very satisfied with finishing and quality, Keeps food warm for 1.5-2 hours maxx, Completely hygenic and plastic free design, Would have given 5 stars if handle of lid was riveted and not welded.

Good quality stainless steel.. Caserol is thick heavy. Lid is tight hence keeps food fresh and warm for long hours. Must buy for everyday use.
