I personally treat this more like medicine. I use to boost my immune system or if I'm feeling run down/tiered.This product feels like pretty good quality to me after taking, I have had several different brands over the past 20-30 years. So a 👍

It’s good to get this in tablet form but the tablets are a bit big and dry so I have to break them in half.
